• Use of a client’s debit or credit cards is against company and banking security policies.  Employees are to never accept a client’s PIN or use a client’s bank card.
  • This policy is put in place for the protection of you as well as your clients. By having access to someone else’s card you will have put yourself in a position of possible unnecessary liability if any purchase is later disputed.
  • In the event a client request you take their credit or debit card you should advise them that you are not permitted and for the security of their money they should never allow anyone to use their personal cards.  If they persist you should call the office so your supervisor can speak to the client.
  • You have the right to refuse! Protect yourself and your client.
  • Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment and/or third party legal liabilities.
