Flowsheets are VERY important for the below reasons:
- Improve client progress by recording all relevant activities completed during the shift
- Improve the flow of communication between Home Support Workers
- Assists the workers to remain on task and know what their expectations
- Changes in the delivery of care can be identified
**Please make the office aware if there are no flow sheets in your clients home**
